State of the Chains

It runs on GitHub Issues — out in the open, no private database, nothing to trust but the public record. One issue = one chain toward a giant. Each comment is a hand added to the relay (admin housekeeping comments are not counted); an open chain is still forming, one closed as completed has reached, and one closed as not-planned is retired — archived honestly, never counted as a win. Anyone with a GitHub account can start a chain or add a link to one. Watching needs nothing at all.
